Biography

Marieke Schöningh holds a Master’s degree in Science Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands (1988) and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France (1989). She has more than 30 years of experience, mostly in heavy-CapEx industries but also in logistics distribution. Ms. Schöningh was COO and member of the Board of Directors of ProRail and currently holds a role as Operating Partner at Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Fund. She holds a Supervisory Board membership at TKH Group and previously held Supervisory Board roles at Delta NV and Zuyd Hogeschool. Before that, Ms. Schöningh held the position of COO and member of the Board of Directors at SHV Energy, COO at DSM Sinochem Pharmaceuticals and various other positions within the DSM Group. As a former member of the Board of Directors of ProRail NV and the Supervisory Board of TKH, Ms. Schöningh participates in continuous training to identify ESG risks and opportunities and stays updated on ESG regulations.
